Can I inspect the machine before paying?
Yes. For large complete machines, we recommend booking an on-site or video inspection first, and paying only after the inspection passes. Phased payment (deposit + balance) is supported to protect both parties.
Do you provide inspection reports?
All machines on sale come with a bilingual inspection report covering engine, hydraulic, undercarriage and electrical core components, delivered with the machine.
How can overseas customers view the machine?
You can book a live video walkthrough with a dedicated specialist demonstrating the machine in real time; or commission a local broker for an on-site inspection, or visit the machine's location yourself.
How long does shipping to the destination port take?
Air/DHL takes about 3-7 days; sea freight for complete machines about 20-40 days, depending on the destination port and schedule. We provide estimated transit times and full tracking.
Is a contract required during the purchase process?
Yes. Both parties sign a standard purchase contract clarifying machine details, price, delivery method and warranty terms to protect the legal rights of both sides.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Machine warranty per contract terms, long-term genuine parts supply, remote technical support and operation training, with after-sales issues responded to within 24 hours.
