Inspection Services
Sanki Machinery provides professional third-party inspection for every machine on sale. Inspection items include:
- Engine Inspection: Idle/high-speed running tests, exhaust smoke, oil pressure, and cooling system pressure tests.
- Hydraulic System Inspection: Main pump pressure test, multi-way valve operation test, cylinder internal leakage test, and hydraulic oil sampling analysis.
- Undercarriage & Structure Inspection: Track chain wear measurement, travel motor pressure test, and frame weld flaw detection.
- Electrical System Inspection: Full vehicle circuit check, instrument function test, and air conditioning system test.
- Working Attachments Inspection: Boom/arm/bucket pin clearance measurement and cylinder stroke test.
Inspection Report
After inspection, a bilingual (Chinese & English) inspection report is issued, including equipment photos, hours verification, inspection data, and an overall rating (Good / Fair / Needs Repair) for reference by both parties, making the transaction more transparent.
Inspection Process
Book inspection → professional engineer arrives on site → item-by-item inspection and recording → report issued → report delivered with the machine.
